"We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" became the most downloaded song in a week
After beating the record of Lady Gaga, with the track reached number one on iTunes in less time, another popstar has just been "dethroned" by Taylor Swift.
The country star surpassed Ke $ ha and her "Tik Tok", and became the female artist with the single most downloaded legally in just one week, thanks to the new "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."
Ke $ ha held that post since January 2010 with 610,000 downloads its track debut. However, the album's first single "Red" surpassed, reaching 623,000 downloads.
The absolute record digital sales for both male and female artists, still belongs to Flo Rida and his hit from 2009, "Right Round." The rapper secured the post by a difference of only 13,000 downloads.
