The band had to cancel a show, apologized to fans
The band Green Day was forced to cancel a show that happened last night in Bologna, Italy.
For reasons not disclosed, the lead singer, Billie Joe Armstrong, had to be rushed to a hospital where he was admitted.
The drummer Tre Cool and bassist Mike Dirnt teamed up to record a message to fans, apologizing for what happened, because doctors thought it was the best singer of "Jesus Of Suburbia" was not present.
"We apologize to our fans, but unfortunately, Billie Joe was hospitalized due to an illness and had to cancel our performance tonight," said Mike Dirnt.
"We are more than heartbroken [with it], we're as sad as you and Billie is extremely upset, but we'll soon see," he said Tré Cool.
