LP will bring partnership between the star and her fiancé Chad Kroeger
The premiere of Avril Lavigne's new album will be soon.
LA Reid, juror of the American edition of The X Factor and program executive at Epic Records, told the Canadian fans who want to put the disc on the market before the end of 2012.
"We are going through the mixing process now and I hope to launch it very soon," Reid said to Billboard magazine. "I would like to put it on the market this year, but time seems to be flying. If we do not there will be in the New Year."
The kingpin of the music industry also confirmed that Lavigne and her boyfriend, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger, were side by side in developing a song.
"It worked with Chad Kroeger, who is now her boyfriend, and they did a really good band."
The fifth studio album from singer will succeed "Goodbye Lullaby," released in 2011.
