One Direction sells over 2 million singles in the U.S.

 More than 2 million copies of the debut single from One Direction were sold in the U.S.A.
What Makes You Beatiful received a double platinum disc after recording 2,603,303 units sold in the contry since February, omly 146,045 last week.
The first single from boy band reached the fourth position in the parade as Up All Nigh treached the top ranking American albums.

To date, more than 600,000 copies of the album were sold in the U.S.A only. The debut LP from One Direction also reached the first place in Australia, Canada, Sweden and New Zealand.

Currently, the band is working on her second studio album.
